Alabama Small Business Development Center Network is a statewide inter-institutional program that provides management and technical assistance to small businesses to enhance economic growth in Alabama.

Sabre Finance is a nonprofit lender that seeks to promote economic growth and investment through the provision of financial and technical assistance. The organization operates an Entrepreneurial Training Center in Hoover with regular programming for small businesses seeking business coaching and financing.

The Hoover Chamber of Commerce hosts regular networking and training events for small business owners to build connections and strengthen their firms. The Chamber also has an Entrepreneurial Council that provides guidance and assistance to new business owners. 

The Hoover Small Business Alliance is a networking group with the goal of helping and promoting small businesses in Hoover and the surrounding area. 

The Hoover Restaurant Alliance a group of restaurants whose goal is to work together & keep the guests of our city eating at our wonderful dining establishments.

Werkplas is a coworking space on the 15th floor of the Galleria Tower. The space offers print services, fast internet, a snack bar, conference rooms, and window desks with views of Hoover. 

Regus is a rental and coworking space at the Chase Corporate Center on Highway 31 in Riverchase. With 81 private offices, 14 coworking desks and 2 meetings rooms, this Regus location offers natural light and beautiful views of Chase Lake.

Sabre Finance is a nonprofit lender based in Birmingham and Hoover with a revolving loan fund. They offer micro loans, real estate financing, and equipment financing, and working capital for up to 7 years with a $50,000 maximum.
