This class provides participants with an enjoyable and safe exercise program for those individuals who have rheumatoid arthritis, limited joint flexibility, and strength due to inactivity or injury / illness. This group class also offers peer interaction while working to increase strength and endurance through basis and simple exercises. Classes are offered to the beginner and the advanced participant alike.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10:30 am
Advanced Senior Exercise Monday and Friday at 9:00 am and Wednesday at 8:15 am
Toning, Balance and Strength Thursday at 10:30 am
Recreation Center Classes
Monday through Friday at 8:30 am. Water Fitness supports the body and reduces the risk of muscle or joint injury. The mitigation of gravity makes water aerobics safe for individuals able to keep their heads out of water, including seniors. Exercise in water can also prevent overheating through continuous cooling of the body. Being a strong swimmer is not required to be able to participate in Water Fitness classes.
